Resonate Reset is a 12-week audio and email series designed to support you during the early stages of care — or anytime you want to better understand what your body has been doing to protect you.

Each week, you’ll receive a short, clinically grounded 10–25 minute audio session that helps make sense of common patterns such as:

  • stress

  • sleep disruption

  • hormonal changes

  • digestive symptoms

  • mood shifts

  • fatigue

  • inflammation

  • nervous-system load

These sessions are not protocols.
They are not self-treatment.

They’re context - the missing language that helps you understand why your body reacts the way it does, why symptoms flare when they do, and what your system may be trying to communicate.

For many people, understanding alone brings relief.

HOW IT WORKS

What you’ll receive over 12 weeks:

  1. One weekly audio session (10–25 minutes)
    Each session explores one core theme - cortisol, sleep, hormones, digestion, burnout, inflammation, anxiety, energy, immune patterns, and integration - in a calm, grounded way.

  2. Gentle written companions (Reset Notes)
    Short emails that help the ideas land over the week - not as homework, but as reflections you can return to if and when you want.

  3. A guided sequence, released weekly
    Everyone begins at Session 1 and moves through the series in order.
    There’s no pressure to keep up and no such thing as falling behind.

There is nothing to do.
No tracking.
No fixing.

Just understanding - the kind that softens shame and brings clarity to our work together in clinic.

The best place to start is Session 1, where we explore how stress and cortisol shape everything that follows.

Because understanding changes everything.

So many people come into clinic feeling confused or discouraged by their symptoms. They’ve been told:

Resonate Reset is my way of offering you the integrative lens that helps everything make sense.

Do I need to listen every week?

No. Sessions arrive weekly, but you can listen at your own pace. There’s no pressure and no falling behind.

Is this a treatment program?

No. This series offers understanding, not protocols. It’s designed to support - not replace - in-clinic care.

What if I miss a week or start late?

That’s completely okay. The sessions remain available, and you can return whenever it suits you.

Do I need to be seeing Luke in clinic?

No. Many people use this series simply to better understand their body.
