When you arrive at the clinic, you’re welcome to take a seat in the waiting area. I’ll come and greet you personally and bring you into the consultation room at your appointment time.

Before your first visit, you’ll receive a confidential client questionnaire to complete online. I review this carefully beforehand so I can prepare thoughtfully for our time together.

Your initial consultation is focused on clarity and direction.

We explore your health history in depth - including stress patterns, sleep, digestion, energy, hormonal shifts, immune tendencies, previous treatments, and how your symptoms have evolved over time.

Where appropriate, I may perform a focused physical examination. However, the primary aim of this appointment is not simply to assess - it is to identify the key drivers contributing to your presentation.

From this consultation and structured clinical evaluation, we begin shaping a strategic plan tailored to your physiology, goals, and capacity for change.

Assessment, Strategy, & Next Steps +

At the conclusion of your first appointment, we discuss what appears to be influencing your symptoms and what the most effective next steps may be.

Depending on your presentation, this may include:

  • hands-on care

  • nervous system regulation support

  • nutritional or lifestyle adjustments

  • staged laboratory investigation

  • or a structured program of care over time

Testing is never automatic. It is used selectively - when deeper insight would meaningfully improve precision and outcomes.

If at any stage I believe another specialist would better support your needs, I will refer you accordingly within my trusted professional network.
