Set yourself on the path towards greater physical & emotional health

At Resonate Mind Body, we work from a simple premise: your body is designed to adapt, heal, and stay well - but over time, stress, injury, emotional load, and life pressure can disrupt how your systems communicate.

When that happens, symptoms appear.

Not because your body is failing - but because something in your neurology, physiology, or internal regulation is under strain.

Our role is to help identify where those disruptions are occurring and support your system back toward balance.

We take a practical, whole-person approach to care, looking at how your nervous system, hormones, digestion, immune function, and emotional wellbeing interact. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, we look for patterns and address underlying contributors.

Care may include Chiropractic, Applied Kinesiology, acupuncture and dry needling, Neuro-Emotional Technique, Neural Organisational Technique, nutritional guidance, counselling support (individual or relationship-based), targeted supplementation, and - when appropriate - functional testing. Not every person needs every tool. Everything is chosen based on your presentation and what’s most likely to help.

Many people come to us after trying multiple approaches, or when their symptoms don’t fit neatly into one category. We don’t follow rigid protocols or one-size-fits-all programs. Each person is assessed individually, with care tailored to what your body is showing us.

Our work is collaborative and straightforward. We take the time to understand your story, explain what we’re seeing, and help you move forward with a clear, practical plan.

At Resonate Mind Body, we believe real health comes from restoring communication within the body and creating the conditions for it to recover its natural resilience.

Our aim is simple: to help you feel clearer, stronger, and more at ease in your body — and to support lasting change, not just short-term relief.

 About Luke Rossmanith

Luke has been in clinical practice for over 20 years and has worked one-on-one with hundreds of patients across a wide range of health concerns, including chronic fatigue, stress-related issues, sleep problems, hormonal imbalances, digestive disorders, anxiety, inflammation, and persistent pain.

After attaining a Master’s degree in Chiropractic, he went on to post-graduate study in Professional Applied Kinesiology, Neuro-Emotional Technique, Neural Organisation Technique, counselling, functional neurology, nutrition, supplementation strategies, detoxification methods, acupuncture and dry needling, Psycho-Somatic Therapy, Gottman Method, Emotionally Focussed Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Family Systems Theory.

His approach is practical and systems-based. Rather than chasing individual symptoms, Luke looks at how stress physiology, nervous system function, hormones, digestion, immune activity, and nutrient status interact - because in real life, these systems don’t operate separately.

Luke combines hands-on care with clinical assessment, nutritional support, and nervous-system-aware strategies to understand what’s driving symptoms and where the body is under strain. Functional testing is used selectively - usually when a presentation is complex or progress has stalled - rather than as a starting point. Each case is approached individually, without rigid pathways or one-size-fits-all programs.

Luke communicates directly and clearly. He explains what he’s finding, how different systems may be contributing, and what steps are likely to help. Care is collaborative - patients are part of the process, not passive recipients - and meaningful change comes from working together with a clear plan.

He has a particular interest in stress-related illness, burnout, hormonal disruption, digestive dysfunction, and complex presentations where multiple systems are involved. He also recognises the impact of emotional load, relationships, and long-term life stress on physical health, and incorporates this understanding into his clinical work without losing sight of physiology.

Patients often come to Luke after trying multiple approaches without lasting results, or when they want a more thorough, integrated view of their health.

His goal is straightforward: understand what’s actually driving the problem, reduce unnecessary complexity, and help people move forward with a clear, practical plan.
